The Street Fashion Icons in Complex Con Hong Kong 2024

Made it to join one of my most expected international Festivals/Exhibitions in Hong Kong - Complex Con 2024. It was an enchanting day to see the big names or industry giants to bring their work together. I was lucky enough to capture some snapshots for them.

Jeff is credited for popularizing the NBA championship leather jacket style which permeated popular culture throughout the late eighties, nineties and into the early 2000s. Despite his deep influence of pop culture in reality, Jeff also has a significant internet presence by having 6.5M followers on Instagram.

I met another Jeff, known as Jeff Staple who designed the collection of NIKE x Staple Pigeon Dunk (The ultra-rare ones are currently sold on the aftermarket for $40,000.), and other brands like Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, and Puma; Timberland boots and North Face puffers. Both of them were super friendly to nice to talk to.

I was using the Sony A7IV with Tamron 28-75mm, and a Godox V1 speedlight for supplementary lighting. Some of the images were shot without the speedlight. Out of the crowd, a man with his one-of-a-kind overcoat grabbed my attention. I didn't know he was the design director of the brand Thug Club before I approached to him.
